Voj8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, creating an account, or using any service available on the platform voj8 (accessible at voj8.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling guidelines.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you disagree with any point, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team for clarification or to close your account.

To register and use the voj8 platform, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age — voj8 is strictly prohibited for minors;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be listed as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) who may pose a regulatory risk;
• Not having been previously banned or excluded from the voj8 platform for a Terms violation;
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Voj8 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, including withholding of any balance pending verification.

Each user may hold one account only on the voj8 platform. Opening multiple accounts — even under different CPFs, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes attempted fraud.

During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on your ID;
• A valid CPF registered in your own name;
• An active, accessible email address;
• Actual date of birth;
• A valid Brazilian mobile phone number.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, except in cases where you immediately notify voj8 of unauthorized access.

Voj8 accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL / R$) through the following payment methods:

All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the voj8 account holder, with a matching CPF. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and will be returned to the sender after verification.

Withdrawals on the voj8 platform are processed exclusively via Pix, with a minimum amount of R$ 30.00 and an average processing time of up to 15 seconds after the request is submitted. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a verified and approved CPF on your voj8 account;
• Have the destination Pix key registered under your own CPF — the same CPF linked to your voj8 account;
• Have met any rollover requirements attached to active bonuses (real balance is always withdrawable);
• Have no pending identity verification requests.

Voj8 charges no fees on withdrawals. The requested amount is transferred in full to the account holder's bank account. Withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to additional security verification in accordance with the platform's anti-fraud policies — in such cases, processing may take up to 24 hours for accounts not yet fully verified.

Voj8 offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 for new registrations. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions disclosed on each offer's page, which form an integral part of these Terms.

General conditions that apply to all voj8 bonuses:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate in your account — your real balance can be withdrawn at any time;
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be moved between accounts;
• One account per CPF is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once;
• Voj8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, multiple account creation, or bets that do not comply with the offer's terms;
• Bonuses have an expiration date as indicated in the offer — expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the player, except when the Cash Out feature is available and the player uses it within the allotted time;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be refunded to the account balance in accordance with the specific policy for each market;
• Odds are updated in real time, and the odds applied to a bet are always those displayed at the moment the player confirms it;
• Bets placed after an event has started in live markets are subject to voj8's live betting policy;
• Voj8 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on specific markets or events without prior notice or justification.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on voj8:

• Creating or using more than one account per CPF or per device;
• Using bots, scripts, automation, or any software that interferes with the natural operation of games or bets;
• Any form of fraud, including the unauthorized use of third-party payment information;
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds;
• Intentional exploitation of technical glitches, odds errors, or system inconsistencies;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or fraudulently benefit one another;
• Any conduct that harms other players, staff, or the integrity of the voj8 platform.

Violations of the above rules result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances linked to fraudulent activity, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Users may request voluntary closure of their voj8 account at any time through the live chat support or by emailing contato@voj8.best. Once the request is submitted, the available real balance will be processed via Pix to the registered key within up to 5 business days.

Voj8 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Self-exclusion activated by the user;
• Court or regulatory order.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, balances derived from fraudulent activity may be withheld. Legitimate balances will be returned to the account holder following verification.

Voj8 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting and gaming — gambling involves risk and winnings are never guaranteed;
• Internet instability, power outages, or other external factors affecting the gaming experience;
• Individual betting decisions made based on hunches, analyses, or recommendations from sources outside the platform;
• Delays caused by the Brazilian banking system in transactions that do not depend exclusively on voj8.

Voj8 is committed to keeping the platform available 24 hours a day, with a target uptime of 99.5% per year, and to processing withdrawals within the timeframes set out in these Terms. In cases of verified technical failure resulting in financial loss to the player, voj8 will review each case individually and take the appropriate corrective action.

Voj8 processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). The legal bases for processing are the holder's consent, compliance with legal obligations, and the performance of the service agreement.
